Introduction to Vibrating Feeder

The China vibrating feeder can send the massive and granular materials to the receiving device equably from the storage. It can feed the crusher  uniformly in the sand product line to protect the port of the crusher from being blocked. The vibratory feeder applies the characteristics of the exciter of the double eccentric shaft to ensure that the equipment can bear the impacting force taken by the falling big materials.

Working Principle of Vibrating Feeder:

When the vibrating grizzly feeder is working, the engine makes the eccentric block of the vibration exciter through the V-belt. The running eccentric shaft stimulates the screen box to make some degrees of circular motion with strong centrifugal force. The materials on the slant screen make some constant throwing motion by the impacting from the screen box. During the process of the materials meeting the screen, some particles smaller than the sieve pit will go through the sieve. Thus, the classifying can be realized.

Maintenance of Ore Vibrating Feeder:

1. The feeder uses the thin oil splashing to lubricate. The lubricating oil should depend on the place and temperature, mainly using the gear oil.
2. The height of the thin oil in the vibration exciter should be higher than the height of oil leveler. The thin oil must be updated every 3 to 6 month. The oil box, ball track and the appearance of the gears should be cleaned by clean oil when changing the oil.
3. The operators should be trained on the safety techniques.
4. When the machine is working, no one is allowed to stand by it or touch, adjust, clean or repair it.
